4. Your jewelry will be shipped using Express Shipping Service (UPS Premium, FedEx) for a swift delivery.
5. After receiving your jewelry, we value your feedback and would love to hear about your experience.

✧ Our aim is to provide you with the fastest delivery possible. All orders are shipped free to your address with express shipping service. As we specialise in custom jewelry, please allow maximum 2-3 weeks for crafting your order before it's shipped. For international shipping, please allow 7-9 business days for delivery. Please note that any duties or taxes imposed by the local government are the customer's responsibility.

✧ Insurance & Delivery:

✧ For your peace of mind, we fully insure each item for the final purchase price from the moment it's in transit until it reaches your destination. A recipient's signature is required upon delivery. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier due to severe weather or unexpected conditions are beyond our control. Kindly note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
